Chapters is officially 3 today and here are a few memories of the last few years. Thank you to everyone involved we are immensely proud of what we are doing and looking forward to seeing what the next few years bring our way.

Sunshine and a walk in the woods in July can only mean one thing and that is meadowsweet.

Covid is definitely doing the rounds again and we have had many cancellations this week. While this is rubbish for them it is great news for you, as we are often fully booked on a Friday and Saturday.

Yakitori chicken using @springfieldpoultry birds. Served with Hemp satay sauce which we make using @hodmedods Hemp flour which is a real winner!

Big harvest this morning of soft fruit from the fruit cage. Some of this will be frozen to use at a later date, the rest will go into sorbets, purees, alcohol and syrup.

Herefordshire Strawberries, foraged Meadowsweet & roasted White chocolate

Back open after a couple of weeks off - fully rested, refreshed & ready for the summer ahead.
