As a business we are aware of the importance of reducing our environmental impact and reducing food wastage is something we take seriously. Therefore we ask you to inform us of any dietary requirements and allergies when booking as changes to the menu are not available on the night.

We aim to reply to all emails within 24hours of receiving an enquiry. Do check your spam/junk folder if you don’t hear back from us but if you are ever in doubt just give us a call.

After receiving your enquiring you will be sent a deposit payment link via text, deposits are £20 per person and this payment is needed to in order to secure the reservation. Chapters is a small restaurant therefore any last minute cancellations have a significant impact on our business, we ask that any changes are made at least 48hours in advance of a reservation. Any bookings which are cancelled or numbers reduced within 48 hours of the reservation will loose the deposit paid. Please note that while we love children the restaurant is generally unsuitable for those under the age of 12 as we do not offer a separate menu. If you feel your child will enjoy the set menu they are more than welcome to come along, however we do not allow babies and toddlers in the restaurant.
Sadly due to the size of the restaurant we do not allow dogs (except guide dogs) this is to avoid any upset from fellow diners as not everyone loves dogs as much as we do.
