Chapters seasonally changing set menu highlights the fantastic produce from the local area. Pickles, ferments, salt cures and purees are some of the many techniques we use to capture the seasons and we love to incorporate preserved summer ingredients into our winter menus. Not only do we aim to showcase the best our suppliers have to offer we also spend a lot of time foraging for ingredients – as the map below shows. Chapters aims to be as inclusive as possible and practically all dietary requirements and allergies can be catered for, although all allergens are present in the kitchen, so please do mention when booking anything we may need to consider.
