The 5 course menu is priced at £52 per person with the optional additional courses (marked with +) available on the evening.

Below is a sample menu and options are available for Vegetarians, Pescatarians, Vegans and guests following a Gluten Free diet. For all dietary requirements to let us know when you make your reservation as we cannot guarantee alternatives without notice.

Please note that while we do not offer a children’s menu, younger guests are welcome if you feel they will enjoy the set menu but we recommend they are 12+ and we don’t allow for babies or toddlers.

Chapters seasonally changing menu highlights the fantastic produce from the local area. Pickles, ferments, salt cures and purees are some of the many techniques we use to capture the seasons and we love to incorporate preserved summer ingredients into our winter menus. Not only do we aim to showcase the best our suppliers have to offer we also spend a lot of time foraging for ingredients – as the map below shows.
