Chapters is the Michelin Green Star restaurant from Charmaine and Mark McHugo, located in the heart of the Welsh town; Hay-on-Wye. Highlighting the best the area has to offer with menus that showcase seasonal, locally sourced and often home grown produce.
Carefully selected organic and low intervention wines feature alongside locally produced beers, ciders and spirits. All available to purchase to take home from the on site bottle shop.

The seasonally changing menu encourages guests to experience something different on every visit.
By serving a set menu we can focus our attention on delicious dishes without the risk of food waste. The menu can be adapted for most dietary requirements; just let us know when you book.

Restaurant Garden
Located within a walled garden 8 miles from Chapters is the kitchen garden. A space managed in a way that puts soil health first ~ working with regenerative methods the no dig, chemical free garden aims to improve the biodiversity of the area while growing interesting vegetables, herbs, fruits & edible flowers
