
Chapters seasonal menu highlights the fantastic produce available from the local area.
Pickles, ferments, salt cures and purees are some of the many techniques we use to capture the seasons and we love to incorporate preserved summer ingredients into our winter menus.
DINNER MENU
Guests who require alternatives to dishes need to make us aware when booking as the menu that is served as standard will include meat & fish and alternatives are not available on the night. Below is an example of what you might have served at Chapters with many items from the restaurant garden.
The dinner menu is currently priced at £65pp.
