Organic and low intervention wines fill the shelves of our bottle shop. A concise range that includes a nice selection of skin contact, white, red & rose.
Working closely with our suppliers we find winemakers that care as much about their environments as we do ours.
Natural and biodynamic wines also feature as do a nice ever increasing selection of English/Welsh wines.
LOCAL PRODUCERS
From day one at Chapters we knew we wanted to support the people local to Hay-on-Wye and the best way to do that is to support their businesses.
In our bottle shop you can find; beer, cider, wine and spirits that are all sourced from the local area in Wales.
PENODAU GIN
Blended with wild botanicals that are handpicked by us Penodau ~ which means Chapters in Welsh ~ is distilled by our friends at Hay distillery which is located less than a minutes walk from the restaurant.
